Cabin Cancellation Policy

It all begins with an idea.

We understand that sometimes things happen and you need to cancel a reservation. Our cancellation policy varies depending on how far in advance you cancel.

If you cancel 14 or more days before your check in date, we will refund 90% of the nightly rate, fees, and taxes.

If you cancel 8 or more days before your check in date, we will refund 50% of the nightly rate, fees, and taxes.

If you cancel less than 8 days before your check in date, there will be no refund.

Rental Boat Weather Cancellation Policy

It all begins with an idea.

You’ve heard the phrase, “Into each life a little rain must fall.” We want you to have an enjoyable time on the lake with your family or friends, but sometimes, it rains. We highly recommend that if the customer requires a rain free day, they do not make a reservation.

We try to be fair and reasonable to our customers, and we want our weather polity to be clear.

Because weather forecasts are often wrong, we only make decisions about boat rentals on the morning of the rental. Do no expect cancellations due to POTENTIAL conditions prior to the morning of the rental. If we cancel a rental due to inclement weather or poor lake conditions, we give our customers the option to reschedule their trip.

Please understand that this policy is designed to help up keep our fleet as modern as possible for your enjoyment. For this reason, coupled with the short rental season, we us the following policy.

Advance Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • 8 or more days prior to your reservation, you may cancel and receive a full refund, minus a $35 processing fee.

  • 1 to 7 days prior to your reservation, you may reschedule for a $35 processing fee. If the rental is cancelled, the deposit will be forfeited.

    On the morning of the rental, we look at the weather.
